Before joining Juslaws, from 2002 to 2005 she worked in an international law firm advising clients. Over the past several years she has: · Represented a group of foreign investors engaged in the real estate and hotel business in South East Asia; she performed complex research and provided a legal opinion on a business proposal worth 1 billion baht condominium/hotel project located at Chonburi;
· Represented the management of a golf course, drafting and revising their lease agreement and settlement;
· Assisted an international investor in setting up the first private polygraph services in Thailand, and provided a full range of legal assistance in selling the polygraph machine to the Thai military (preparing bank guarantee for the negotiation and closing of the contract). She has also represented an international software development enterprise incorporated in Singapore with offices located worldwide, and handled all legal issues regarding its operations under Thai laws;
· Represented an international software development enterprise incorporated in the United States of America with offices located worldwide ,and handled all legal issues regarding its operations under Thai Laws; · Obtained trademark for a beauty sector client, drafted and revised international distribution agreements, and appointed an exclusive, worldwide distributor for their product;
· Advised and represented groups of foreign investors/buyers in cases with developers of the properties in Phuket and Phang Nga, and · Advised and represented a group of resort and spa operators in litigation and arbitration matters.
