Such is the case, I would recommend then that you contact your financial institution to inquire about the status of the refund issued. It may be that their system had not recognized this refund in a timely manner. You may tell them that iTunes has issued a refund on your account but has already taken longer than 10 days yet has not been received. They should be able to rectify this concern.
