Unfortunately, we regret to inform that after we have tried full operations test run
at our shop until today, we have been under circumstance of high staff turn over rate
which has a significant effect to our new shop operational process. New staff have
not been well-trained enough at our service standard.
As a result, in order to maintain brand reputation of both Harrods and Mercury Ville,
management team has decided to postpone its opening date tomorrow and we will
do our best to open the shop at service brand standard as soon as we can.
