Means shall be provided to disinfect incoming water used for the final rinse. The disinfection process shall ensure that there are fewer than 10 cfu/100 ml sample of final rinse water and shall be free from legionellae, pseudomonas aeruginosa and mycobacteria when tested by the method given in Annex B.
