Average live weight at the beginning of the trial did not differ among compared groups, while at the end of the study,it was higher (P < 0.05) in the group with 0.4 mg/kg added Se compared to groups with no added Se and with the highestSe content in feed (0.6 mg/kg) (Table 3). Cold carcass weight was significantly lower in the fourth group (0.6 mg/kg Se)compared to groups with 0.2 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg added Se. Dressing percentage ranged from 66.9% (0.6 mg/kg Se) to 69.5%(0 mg/kg Se) and significantly differed (P < 0.01) between those two groups.
