1. Control a quality inspection system of raw material, production processes and finished product.
2. Monitor and maintain the systems of FSSC22000, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and Food Safety
3. Responsible for control the performance of QC inspectors.
4. Report the quality of raw material receiving to QA manager and production manager for a decision.
5. Responsible for control sample collection system both for company’s lab and DLD lab
6. Train employee on Food Safety
7. Other duties as assign.
