Self-evaluation
Below you can evaluate your own competencies. When done your evaluation will be verified by your immediate manager. The outcome will then be used when creating your personalised development plan.
Please note that your fulfilment rate (%) will not be updated until your manager has verified your self-evaluation. The result after verification is shown in the Competence analysis tab.
1. Select job role to evaluate.
Note! Competence elements with grey text = “Not applicable” elements. Your Line Manager might have set some competence elements as “Not applicable” (= competence not required) based on your present job tasks.
2. Move the mouse pointer over a competence element to view the required skills and knowledge for that element.
If you think that you meet all the requirements tick off the element by clicking in the box after the element.
3. When you are done click Update at the bottom of the page.
Your self-evaluation is then saved.
4. Notify your manager to verify your self-evaluation.
You can advise your manager verbally or by sending an email (in case there is a link below Send to manager for approval
