Your training rollout report is important to us. It is a tool to help us know training implementation and progress in our hotels.
Last year, we have shared your hotel training rollout to Accor Executives (Operations, Brand & Marketing, Guest Experience, HR and Academie Accor) in order to ensure the quality of our staff services.
Please be advised that starting 2014, we will share your success back to your hotel – GM, HR and Training, so you will know the overall training progress of all our hotels in Thailand and among each brand.
We thanks to those hotels that have already submitted January 2014 training rollout data.
We kindly remind the remaining hotels to provide your hotel training rollout data by tomorrow, 29th January – the latest.
