Few issue here to clarify….
1) The YTD profit till December 2015 has decreased significantly and we need to know why as the report submitted by the auditor is THB 1.6 mil but your report only show YTD profit for Yr 2015 938K.
2) The salary has increase significantly as well even when we take out the bonus paid in January. It has increased by THB 510K comparing to December 2015 payroll. Please advise on the number of new staff.
Please arrange a skype call today with Sam on these issues and try to normallised the monthly profit/loss.
If no provision made then what I will suggest is to put this in as prepayment and charge it out every month in 2016. And at the same time please make provision for bonuses and accrued it every month for 2016 as well. So end of the year the full payment would not impact your P&L at one go.
Note for your kind consideration : Please advise khun Anawat on his cost and expenses. I think on a gross margin of above average 23%; his admin expenses is too high considering not many staff in the office. Please take a look and control the expenses and see when you can minimize and improve cost efficeincy. With profit performance like that the company shouldn’t pay any bonus in the first place. But if khun Anawat insist to pay bonus then he will have to cut down on other expenses to improve profitability of the company.
Please also make sure that the expenses for the JV project with Hatari did not enter into FMAS account. If we are the one who prepare their salary then the cost should be invoice to FMHT. Maybe you can take a look at the salary this month to confirm that.
