That's a good question, exact same thing happened to me, and after 4 hours waiting for a reply to a ingame ticket explaining the situation I got no answer whatsoever (i made sure that the ticket was open during the GM's working hours), I quit and sent an email to the support team getting the answer "Snail Games Support is unable to assist with any form of game hints or work-around in game.
