Students from an eastern Ontario university were recruited from Faculty of Education classes. These groups were selectedbecausetheycouldpotentiallybenefitfromtheintervention,andwereunlikelytohaveextensivepriorknowledge and experience. The sample (n = 28) comprised three men and 25 women, 13 participants were 19–20 years of age, five were 21–22 years of age, and ten were over 22 years of age.
