One of your coworkers recently left your organization, and you have been assigned her clients. Fortunately, your former coworker left detailed notes for each of them, and it seems all of her clients have long-term relationships with your organization and use services that have been in place for several years.
1. Inform your new clients that you will be completing work as documented by your former coworker, unless they request changes.
2. Set up meetings with all of your new clients, and ask them questions to better understand their needs and expectations.
3. Send out a survey to your new clients to measure their satisfaction with the services they receive from your organization.
4. Inform your new clients that you are available to assist them in any way they would find helpful.
5. Invite your new clients to meet with you, and discuss the services they receive from your organization.
