First, you are correct re: yarn price. You didn't use the landed price so that needs to be corrected.
From there, I've looked at this production and the process we had to go through with New Balance to get them to accept the order. It cost us some work and future goodwill on it though there was no chargeback to GM or to TIK.
However, in charging us based on the original (correct) specs, you are overcharging GM for the product you delivered. The product was considerable below spec in weight and the yield was much lower. In effect, you charged for something that wasn't there.
I have recalculated the fabric cost per color. In cases where the fabric was on spec, the increase reflects the change in landed cost.
I've used your spreadsheet with the adjusted prices to reflect the credit due to GM.
