Key Accountabilities:
Develop and propose systems and tools as well as implement Management Development and
Talent Management Program
Support management appointment, rotation and promotion through Career Review Board
(CRB) in alignment with succession plan
Arrange meeting sessions with related parties e.g. Line Management and Job Family Masters
to select and develop Individual Development Plan for High-Potential staff and make analysis
report on Talent Pool in relations to succession planning
Design and implement Management Development Roadmap as well as administer external
training and development programs for management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Development
or related fields.
At least 5 years in Leadership Development or HR function.
Good knowledge and conceptual understanding of leadership development tools.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
