Good question - but the way I drew it is right. Remember that these are Hydrogen bonds that form, NOT covalent bonds. In other words ALL the atoms in this diagram are 'fully bonded'. (even the other Nitrogen that I marked is 'fully bonded' because it has a double bond with the carbon below it and a single bond with the carbon above it.) Hydrogen bonds are just a weak attraction between two polar molecules ... there is no sharing of electrons (which is what you were expecting to be happening) as there is in a covalent bond.
