Further to the below please review and have a look in details of attached file; summary number of employee who took off during NYE (28th Dec 2014 – 5th Jan 2015) for F&B, KC and Part time.
According to Manpower shortage if you can see from report we have critical shortage at Triple Two quite sometime which HR Department had continued to look for candidate and fill in the vacant positions (both full time and part time)
For RT manpower the numbers of employees are very closed to original plan plus we also have part time to come to help. As well as Kitchen
The situation of lack of staff working during NYE was not mainly about shortage to number of manpower against plan but it was happened due to staffs did not show up for work either taken off with or without notice and many employees were allowed to apply their leave application after resuming to work. From time attendance system as of 7th Jan 2015 many record shown Absent (AB) but HR still not received any notification or memo regarding issuing warning letter to those who had been absent from work.
As said in the meeting if we too much compromise and allow those staff take advantage over to the company and his or her own team if we are not start to teach them to have disciplinary we will always facing this kind of problem.
