We haven’t as yet had the opportunity to meet which hopefully will be remedied at your convenience.
We – Asiapac, have had a long and I trust fruitful association with Premiertech / Chronos over more than a decade, providing whatever type of Insurance is needed by the Company and staff. Because of this long business relationship Premiertech have for many years been given a substantial discount on all of their premiums by Asiapac sacrificing a portion of it’s commission. This is shown on our Invoicing.
Your new employee Khun Prapassorn has been liasing with our Khun Rungnapa with respect to your current Insurances. Everything seemed to be progressing well in all areas with the exception of Staff – Life, Accident & Disability cover which is with AIA.
Khun Prapassorn informed our Khun Rungnapa that she would prefer to deal with an International Broker rather than a Thai based one. We have now received a copy of the “ Mandate “ signed by Khun Prapassorn to AIA empowering JLT as your replacement Broker. As you can see this is an “ open Mandate “ which empowers JLT to act as Premiertech’s “sole “ Broker and can be used with any Thai Insurance Company. A “ Mandate “ is normally specific and includes both the Insurance Company’s name and the related Policy numbers. Perhaps it has simply been given to Khun Prapassorn by JLT and signed.
JLT have made no changes to the Scheme which we have had in place with your Company through AIA. Why change Brokers ? We have provided very good service over the years. Maybe JLT have offered a larger discount to Premiertech than Asiapac ? I doubt it.
