Dear Sir/Madam First of all this mail is a complaint about your customer service in the zara stores at Emquartier (Phrom Pong), Central World (Siam) and Central Embassy (Chit Lom). Today i come across a jacket in the sale at around 2,500 baht at the zara store in Emquartier, the store had L but not my size of XL. My girlfriend (thai national) and I asked the staff if there was any way at all they could help me find the same jacket in size XL, whether it be checking the system or directing me in the right direction to another zara store close by or even checking in the stock room. The staff were appalling with their customer service giving me 1 word answers and 1 member of staff even pretended not to hear me as she walked past while i tried to ask her a question. I was honestly disgraced at the treatment i got while just trying to purchase an item in this store. It was not just their attitude it was dirty looks, the staff even speaking amongst themselves and giggling while looking in the direction of me and my girlfriend. I decided to leave the store after around 10 minutes of feeling out of place and uncomfortable and search for another zara store myself on my phone. I then found the store at central world so made my way there. Again i was greeted by poor customer service, unfortunately again i could not find the jacket in XL the store just having L. I then went on to Central Embassy and yet again the staff were so reluctant to speak with me about this jacket so stumbled around the store to not find any of the same jacket whatsoever. Having been in fashion retail myself previously i know how customer service should be. You're employees should be disgraced with themselves of how poorly they are presenting you as a company. I have liked zara as a brand very much for years now and have been in zara stores all across the world. Never have I had such bad treatment so consistently from zara. I have to say my experience in these 3 shops has ruined my day, along with being let down by not being able to purchase this beautiful jacket, i am upset and annoyed. I expect a swift reply with an alternative method for me to purchase this jacket. I will also be copying and pasting this mail for my own documentation if a senior executive of zara asks to read.
