Trip of bus and van: what company expects from staff especially new brain is to improve and see what can be done better. Therefore, it’s the job of him and you to review what’s best for the company financially. Please avoid saying…this has been done since the opening, since ex-staff, since….on and on otherwise thing will not be improved around here. If a person cannot do better, it is scary to the company of having payroll expense.
His roles is more than what he is handling now.
