Dear Amazon,
I am writing to provide a plan of action to support my appeal of the suspension of my Seller Account.I recognize that the cause for my shipments been damaged, incomplete, or lost due to insufficient packaging. We have identified the items causing these complains and have found that they were caused by manufacturer defect:

We have discussed it with our current manufacturer and they implemented a two layer inspection to make sure that all umbrellas are not missing any hardware/parts as well as they are implacable and free of manufacturer defect. However, rest assure that we will stop selling these items and will only process return requests for existing orders as per customer request.
In order to meet and maintain Amazon’s standards in regards to Order Defect Rate and complaints of damaged, incomplete, or lost orders in the future, I have created this plan of action that I will implement immediately upon Amazon’s approval of my selling privilege reinstatement.
Plan of action:
1. Not sell any products which are defective, faulty and bottom performers.
2. After receiving items from the manufacturer, we will conduct a second inspection for every item to make sure they are not missing any parts and are manufacturer defect free.
3. We had removed any listings from Amazon that had missing parts. Moreover, we removed any used items listings from Amazon. Shall our account be reinstated; we will only sell new items.
4. Will sell our bestseller items using FBA.
5. We will ship only in new quality sturdy cardboard boxes, use poly bubble mailers depending on the item, plus use high grade bubble wrap for all items.
6. As an additional service, we will implement an automated tool that weekly downloads and reviews the Amazon imperfect order report.
Moreover, we have already reviewed the most current imperfect order report to evaluate our listings and started removing/canceling the listings that are bottom performers.
I believe these points address all of the issues that led to the suspension of my selling privileges. I greatly appreciate this opportunity to submit an appeal. I have learned from my mistakes and, if reinstated, will be a reliable and conscientious seller.
