This pump is running every three to five minutes, even there is no tap or toilet in use in the house.
The pump runs for 5 to 10 seconds and then stop again.
Somewhere in the House I am loosing water or pressure.
I already identified the toilette in the 3rd floor, where there was a constant stream of water - very very small. I closed the tap of this toilette (not in use currently).
The frequency of the pump running decreased from every 2 minutes to every 3 to 5 minutes.
There must be another point / place in the house, where water is leaking.
I need a person who systematically can check the piping in my house.
By closing all taps / sections one after the other and searching for the point, where the system loses water or / and pressure.
And when we identify the point, the person (if possible) should give an idea or plan how to fix it.
In a cost effective way - without tearing out all the walls from bottom to the roof.
The person best comes to my house and have a look.
If she has / needs special tools and equipment for that, I will provide the transport if necessary.
The house was built abotu 25 years ago. The piping was done by a Farang company (probably German) and is basically very advanced.
In my house the pipes for waste waster (for toilets) are large enough you can flush sanitary paper down instead of putting it in a basket.
The piping is mostly visible in a installation shaft.
