Among the studies on incentive travel done by domestic scholars, we could see the target market for
incentive travel has been more confined to enterprises than colleges and universities, much less the
propriety of incentive travel as a motivator for college and university teachers. Therefore, it is of great
value for this thesis to discuss the status and function of incentive travel from the perspective of
management in universities. It could expand the positive influence of academic spirit, relieve pressure
from teachers and effectively reduce the cost of incentives born by universities
