CPUIDLE is another infrastructure provided by Linux
kernel to enable processor operating states (C-States)
support. A processor supports multiple operating states has
the capability to turn off the unused components to save
power. The higher C-States, the more components in CPU
are switched off to reduce power consumption, but, however,
higher penalty (longer wake up time) to bring the processor
to working state (C0).
