Quality Control Engineer / Management Representative / Document Controller / Training Coordinator Coordinating with Certifying Body Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits Preparing and revising the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations) Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2008 standard Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports Measuring & monitoring the process performance. Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action Creating ISO/Quality awareness for all employees by internal trainings Review of Quality policy periodically Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Quality Management system Liaise with customers to resolve quality related issues Conduct supplier plant audit as and when required Undertake control of electronic and hard copy documentation
Assure compliance with document control, standards, policies and procedures, highlighting any errors or omissions Create draft documents based on outlines created by others and based on standard templates Management and maintenance of Electronic Document Control System Execute the responsibilities maintaining high level of ethical, moral and professional standards Ensure that the overall activities in the department meet the requirements of quality management, and general duty. Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.) Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
