In My opinion, we have to set the Standard Operating Peocedure ( SOP ) on the delivery.
We do understand not all customer need the cargo immediately, however we need to set the simple mechanism to involve Transporter to be Proactive by follow up and Checking with customer the Urgency of the Delivery Via Simple email or Wha's App or Phone Call upon receiving the Cargo at the Border warehouse.
This will effectively solve the URGENT Cargo request by customer.
We will keep this as KIP for the Performance for All Transporter.
