In vitro toxicity and parasitism of different concentrations
(1.5 105 – 107 conidia ml1
) of T. longibrachiatum in controlling
second stage juveniles were tested at 25 C. Five milliliters of T.
longibrachiatum suspension of each concentration and 1 ml of
second stage juvenile suspension containing 100 second stage
juveniles were pipetted into disinfectant Petri dishes. The control
culture plates each contain 5 ml of sterile water and 1 ml of
suspension containing second stage juveniles. This experiment had
six replicates.
