1. When the tablet is connected to the computer, what is the status of the Power light?
2. When you try other to plug in other peripheral (e.g. mouse, keyboard or other tablet) to the same USB slot which you connect Intuos were they working?
3. When you try other USB port was the tablet working? What is the status of the power light?
4. When you plug in the tablet to other computers was the tablet working? is the power light on?
5. Please make sure your tablet is connected directly to your computer. Avoid using USB hubs, keyboard/monitor ports, or docking stations with the tablets, as they can cause inconsistent behavior.
6. The USB cable supplied with the Wacom Intuos is a standard USB cable. These are often supplied with some mobile phones or external hard drives. Can you please see if you have another cable you can test with so we can determine if the issue is related to the cable or not.
