The main issue is not really about who is going at the meeting. The issue is what will be discussed at the meeting as it seems that we have different opinion.
My concern is not worry about the relationship in between KP and Boots. My concern is our relationship with Boots as they are the company largest client. Whatever will be decided to sell under Sabai-arom brand directly to KP will certainly affect our relationship with Boots.
I have already provided my feedback about K. Name ideas as I did not fully agree with them and I also shared my ideas on what we should do.
Regarding the sales at Boots,I believe you are over reacting about situation as it is quite early to make such conclusion that the sales will drop this year. Nevertheless, if we need to compensate, I am confident that K. Name will find good ideas other than KP in the list of other distribution now open to Sabai-arom in Thailand.
I believe that KP could be really strategic for the company and not a quick fix.
Frankly, if KP is worried about its relationship with Boots if they work with us, they are right that it will affect their relationship with Boots and it will also affect our relationship with Boots. In this situation, KP will not work with us and it will create more difficulties for us with Boots.
I am not defending Boots but I am defending the company, which today is relying heavily on Boots and I will not take any risk about it.
In conclusion, I have been thinking all day about this issue and I would not insist too much to sell Sabai-arom directly to KP as I see more risk than opportunity. Nevertheless, we could start working with KP with Urban Wellness instead to see if they are interested to work with us.
For me the priority for Sabai-arom is to find space to open 5 stores in good location as quickly as possible and this is K. Name main focus at the moment together with our relationship at Boots.
