•Provide on the technical advantages and disadvantages of the site •Provide a technical & Fitting out the site(including equipment delivery) and the efficiency of the site in term of space planning. •To consider the standard timelines ( in respect of Design & Construction) and make appropriate recommendation to high level •To identify any area where expert advice is required i.e., structural loading not adequate, steel frame, long span greater than 8 m., drainage coordination looks difficult, space for Fitness First air conditioning plant not obvious or long distance from the premises. •Obtaining the Fit Guide and drawings from the landlord and for issuing the Technical & Fitting Out requirements to the landlord. •Responsibility for liaising and coordinating with the landlord on all Technical & Fitting Out Matters and not the consultants or Contractors. •Identify and prioritise and focus time and attention accordingly. •Be able to take a flexible approach and balance between people and processes.
