Rapidly expanding service organisation based in Hale is now looking to appoint an Office Manager to a be part of the senior management team. You will work alongside the Managing Director to help support and assist with the next phase of growth for the company.
Working directly with the Managing Director and Finance Director you will oversee all aspects of office management and clerical accounting.
Your job role will be:
Supporting the Managing Director with accounts procedures
Managing the diary for company directors
Booking and organising client events and organising staff incentives
Working in a highly autonomous role where organisation is the key
You will be experienced in:
Office management and clerical finance
Dealing with senior management team and be able to interact effectively
Working to targets and a deadline focused role
