I like to do jogging, I have three reason why I like jogging. First, I will make my body healthier. When you not doing activities specially sport, it will make your body week and you get easily to get sick. Second, jogging is not cost lot money, its free. I just have to walk around my neighbourhood or go to a place with a big field. Jogging about 20 minutes is enough. I dont have to push my self to hard when I feeling tired. Third, I can take a long breath with fresh air. Usually in the morning, the air that I breath in the morning is usually fresher and helathier compare with afternoon air. So, when I jogging in the morning, I can get a healthier body and fresher lungs. So I do not have to go to hospital for a long time cause Iam sure my body is fine.
