Overall, the 10 students improved their listening skill and use of the
Vocabulary. Their post – test scores of their listening skill and vocabulary knowledge were higher than pre-test’s. Kegarding students’ behaviors while watching movies , it indicated that most of the students concentrated on the movies and movies because they could brief the students had positive attitudes toward movies. It also showed that the students had positive attitudes toward learning English by watching Hollywood movies because they had some conversations about unknown vocabulary in the movies. The students’ towards improving English ability through movies showed a hieh level, especially in the aspect of confidence in speaking English, use of appropriate English and finding meaning of unknown vocabulary found in movies. Some suggestion of this research is that movies as a media can be used to develop listening skill and knowledge of vocabulary
