Based on the information obtained from Mr. Cheng, our Product Support Manger, John Deere have overcharged dealer 328U (HCA) and 333U (CPL) for John Deere University charges,
please refer to debit note no. : 328U-UNV05, 328U-UNV06, 333U-UNV05 and 333U-UNV06 for your reference.
Hence, we are unable to process the payment on the above and will put on hold until the correct pricing are adjusted.
