The changes in physicochemical characteristics of tomato seed oil after storage for 210 days at 25 C and 120 days at 35 C are shown in Table 3a (25D1), 3b (35D) and Fig. 3(aee). Results showed
that the quality parameters of tomato seed oil stored at 35 C (35D) changed significantly than that stored at 25 C (25D1) (P < 0.05).
