For satisfactory remote support, the PARTNER must ensure that the End User sets up and maintains an internet connection which meets SAP's technical specifications for SAP Business One remote support and has obtained a separate license for a web browsing software that allows the proper rendering of the Maintenance Services. According to SAP's experiences, the currently offered Maintenance Services are most properly rendered when the End User installs the Microsoft Internet Explorer. Furthermore, PARTNER must ensure that PARTNERS and End Users hardware and software installation always meet the requirements published on the SAP Service Market Place updated from time to time.
