Obviously every employee has received a livelihood
due to the organization for which they work even if
its structure, ethos and management style is not
agreeable. The real issues are:
(1) compromise of public service ethos
(2) replacement of education with ‘‘training’’
(3) drive to boost attainment figures regardless of real
ability
(4) import of American style ‘‘kick ass’’ management.
(5) endless pointless reorganization
(6) funding based on phony initiatives.
