I think most of the services were done because of exchange of the drives.
But then I have to know were the removed parts are and in future please inform us (Me and Mr. Fast) immediately when you get an service request in Warranty. With the serial No of the faulty drive you will get a claim number from us which you cannot at all correspondence and invoices. This makes it easier for us to handle the claims.
