The purpose of this meeting was for a briefing surrounding the circumstances of loss where Khun Apichai informed us that, they were advised from their customer in USA on Tuesday 5th May 2015 that the customer would like to recall all products of the Insured. Owing to their customer were advised that the owner of cats in USA bought the product of the Insured after its ate, its already sick and die. When the customer checked they found that the ratio of Vitamin D in the Insured’s products is more than a standard. Therefore they will inform the problem to the Insured.
