Ware house return process,
1. Auto return from Transport
- Unable contact customer 3-4 times by transport ,The items will be sent to QC to create w/h return
2. Return from Customer
- Customer contact CS to inform the return items, and CS have to verify case before let them send the items back
For mobile phone, tablet can be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
For other items can be returned within 14 days of receiving it
3. Items return to ware house
- QC the items, it items defect will be create w/h return and send a refund to customers
- it items not defect , will let CS know and inform customer before sent the items back to customer by dhl
4. Claim defect items with supplier
For Home Entertainment products, Home Appliance will claim in case of HardWare only for other to be claimed as a Case by Case
For Electronic items to be claimed its within 7 days on the invoice of the Reseller.
If not in a condition to claim for Synnex will let Buyer team know and they will negotiating with synnex case by case
