I have just spoken to my agent and his clients may have issues coming to Thailand in November: they were supposed to drive their own cars but the land regulations have changed in Thailand and they may not be able to do so. If this is the case, they will probably cancel their trip.
I should be able to let you know about it this afternoon.
As it is unforeseen circumstances, and advised more than 2 months prior to their trip, do you think we could be reimbursed? If so, how long would it take for you to pay the deposit back?
