Not with standing any other conditions to the contrary, this daywork sheet shall be signed by the Client and returned to a representative of MAS with in 5 days of submission. Any amendments / alterations made will be substantiated in writing. Unjustified retention of this daywork sheet will be deemed to signify its unconditional acceptance
