Oversee Human Resource Management policies & practices advisory.
Manage and monitor all human resources management specifically: organization chart & manpower planning, compensation & benefit, job description, employee relations focusing on disciplinary action, HRIS database and succession plan.
Provide advice to the employees, supervisors and the company regarding human resources management functions and Labor Protection Law to maintain the relationship
Work together with superior to ensure that HRM policies and procedures are aligned with business strategies and organization direction.
Qualifications:
Male/Female age between 28 - 40 years
Bachelor or Master dc, others respective Degree
Minimum 5-7 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in HR System, HR Policy, Compensation System, HRIS, or Employee Relation function.
Good interpersonal skills, result oriented and service mind
Hard working and adapting to change
Good command of English and proficiency in computer (word, excel and power point)
