4. At Date 1-Sep-2016 , The Lessee give a deposit in the amount of Bath 24,000 (Twenty-Four Thousand Baht)
as security for any damage or loss The Lessor may suffer due to the breach, non-performance or non-observance by The Lessee of any covenants herein contained. When this agreement ends and there is no damage to the Premises, The Lessor shall refund the deposit to The Lessee immediately.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the termination of this agreement is not caused by The Lessee’s fault, the deposit shall be refunded to The Lessee in full immediately after the termination date of this agreement
This agreement is prepared in duplicate identical wording. Both parties have read and fullyunderstand it s contents and agree to comply with its terms and conditions. The Lessor and The Lessee are to keep one signed copy each.
In WITNESS HEREOF, both parties have hereunder affixed their signatures and officialStamp (if applicable) in the presence of witnesses on the date and at the place first abovewritten.
Lessor rents the house assuming that all electricity, plumbing, and water system are well working at the time of rental. But if there are problems with the electricity, plumbing, or water system, The Lessor will take full responsibility and fix within 5 days.
