Responsibilities:
• Manage and arrange Employee Relations activities according to the plan and within the budget.
• Budget Plan and manages an annual budget.
• Acts as point of contact for employees for employee relations issues.
• Conduct disciplinary investigation and propose for proper disciplinary action conforming to company work rules and the labor law.
• Conduct investigation independently; handle disciplinary action and process all document concerned.
• Provide advice, counsel and resolution to line manager/supervisor of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions and grievances.
• Work closely with Labor Union and Employee Committee, including monitoring their activities to enhance good employee relation within the company.
• Coordinate with Welfare committee to find out the best solution for employee and employer.
• Create and conduct various activities to motivate employees and enhance relations within the Company.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
• Coordination Agencies.
• The company is represented in the proceedings in the Labor Court.
• Care benefits to employees.
• Represented the company in negotiating the employment conditions of the claim.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
