Here is my analysis:
1) Issue: 3958 serial numbers are in “NEW” status:
Thailand plant (TH01) shipped all these 3958 serials to WSTA (Dell Logistics Centre) and as per SAP all these are sitting in WSTA hub with “NEW” status.
I don’t find any external delivery documents assigned to these serial numbers in SAP.
If DELL is claiming these serials are physically shipped from WSTA to customers, EDI failure of assigning pallet IDs to external DN could be one of the possible reason.
We can request HGST Logistics team to take a look and fix it.
2) Issue: Missing of 395 customer serials in SAP:
From your file, all these 395 customer serials are not found in SAP table Y9CSER (Customer serial table).
If we get HGST serial numbers for these 395, we can check further in SAP table and confirm the status.
