PAHs can be formed by incomplete combustion or pyrolysis of
organic materials and enter the soil environment via atmospheric
deposition [7,8]. B[a]P is a ubiquitous environmental pollutant
used as a representative indicator of total PAH level [9], which
has been classified as a priority contaminant by the US Environmental
Protection Agency (USEPA) due to its known to act as
potential carcinogens, teratogenicity or acute toxicity [7,10,11].
