Symptoms of mild anxiety include restlessness, irritability,
minor aches, attention-seeking behaviors, or fidgeting.
Mild anxiety exists in everyday life, and will actually help an
individual become more efficient at understanding information
and problem solving. Moderate anxiety may result in
shakiness, trouble concentrating, voice quivering, constant
questioning, urinary urgency, insomnia, abdominal discomfort,
sweating, headache, increased respiratory and pulse
rates, or increased muscle tension (Halter et al., 2010).
