After alot of research into the different brands which I found in high end publications such as Vogue and Elle, I was more swayed to use Calvin Klein as my brand identity because I thought that it would be most suitable for my style of images, but I was not 100% happy about the brand identity because it would mean that my favourite images from the shoot which I think were the strongest wouldnt be used due to their different style to Calvin Klein.I spent the last few days searching into different brands again which used high end above the line advertising and came up with a total new brand identity which I think was suitable for almost all of my existing images. This brand was Chloe.
Chloe is a high end fashion brand which is very well known all around the globe. Chloe has various boutiques around America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Japan and the Middle-East and produces products varying from perfume, to clothing lines, bags, eyewear and beachwear.
I found the brand whilst researching above the line advertising vidoes on youtube to see what advertising has struck the public enough for them to want to make a memory of it. This is a video which I found from youtube summing up Chloe… Celebrities are seen in the video describing chloe as easy to wear, sexy, floral, feminine and touchable. I thought that my images included this style of texture which makes the viewer want to describe the clothing by touching it… such as fur.
My favourite images from the shoot were the images of the model in fur..I went onto the internet to see if Chloe promoted the use of fur within the industry which they do.
