A double solution has been built to prevent mixture formation and non-appreciate extraction of plastics, textiles, foams, pieces of wood, etc. The first one is optimizing the reception area under the overband where plastics and other non-metallic pieces are clustering and clinging on metal tanks. The issue is that the final mix is composed of 60% of scrap metal. Scrap merchants only purchase it as a mix with 40% of ferrous metal actually, they have to make other selecting operations before selling it as recovered metal. The second one is transforming the final reception area by setting up a blower which will separate heavy elements (scrap metal in theory) and light ones (plastics, textiles, foam and wood). Three lockers are placed in the reception area to get the different flows. These are separated by the mean of gutters and power drum at their top. Technical solutions proposed by the recycling process manufacturer are shown in figures 4 and
