To ensure that the HR Department is able to manage the employee retention, the employee retention, and the rules & regulation by providing proactive HR advice, support and training to staff and line managers.
Responsible for the full spectrum of employee relations activity, providing advice and support to employees and managers on a range of human resource issues to ensure best practice are consistently and fairly applied.
To conduct investigations, HR representative at the meeting, provide advice on all levels, producing high quality investigation reports and outcome letters with clear conclusions and also in line with the company policies and procedures, conditions of service, the labour law.
To develop activities on specific and generic to improve and build employee relations acumen.
Coaching and mentoring line managers so as to improve employee relations, employee retention.
